Let’s cut the fluff.
Everybody’s got their own way of doing things.
Some people read books. Some listen to podcasts. Some scroll through TikTok “experts” and somehow think they’ve cracked the code on success.
Me? I’m a podcast junkie. I listen while I’m driving, walking Dante, or working on my next hustle. Some shows are gold. Others are just noise. But here’s the truth bomb:
Most of y’all are collecting information like hoarders and doing jack with it.
Let that sting for a second.
There’s a reason podcasts are winning. People don’t read anymore. Statistically, 90% of books never get finished. It’s not because the books suck. It’s because people don’t have the discipline to finish them.
Harsh? Maybe.
True? Hell yes.
Everybody’s Got a “Right Way” — Until It’s Time to Execute
Have you ever heard a guy on a podcast say, “Don’t buy a house, it’s a waste of money”?
Then the next guy says, “Real estate is the fastest way to wealth—buy rentals now!”
So who’s right?
They both are. And they’re both wrong.
It depends on you, your plan, your effort, your consistency.
One of those guys made millions in sales, then rolled his cash into apartments. Great model. Works for him. He doesn’t believe in owning a home.
I on the other hand, own the house I live in.
I own a rental house.
I own commercial real estate I operate from and lease out additional space that pays the bills and then some. That sucker’s appreciated big time. Bought it for $1M… it’s worth $3M today.
Was it smart? For me? Absolutely.
Would it work for everyone? Not if they’re lazy, scared, or inconsistent.
Stop Consuming. Start Applying.
Here’s where most people lose:
- They listen to the right things
- They read the right things
- But they do nothing with the information
Sound familiar?
It’s like buying a gym membership and never showing up. You might own the knowledge, but you’re not building the muscle.
Success doesn’t come from information. It comes from execution.
So whether you’re:
- Building a business
- Buying property
- Trying to be a better parent or partner
The rules are the same:
- Show up consistently
- Stay diligent
- Bring a great damn attitude every day
Choose the Hard That Builds You
You want to own a house? Great, just know it’s gonna come with taxes, maintenance, insurance, and problems.
You want to own commercial property? Same deal. Bigger bills. Bigger rewards.
You want to build wealth through real estate, or business, or crypto, or freaking alpaca farming? Cool. But do the homework. Do the work. Don’t just follow someone else’s plan blindly.
Because here’s the truth:
Most people aren’t lacking opportunity. They’re just lacking consistency.

I’m not here to tell you what path to take. I’m here to slap some sense into the part of you that keeps starting but never finishing.
- Be consistent.
- Be diligent.
- Have a damn good attitude.
That’s the three-punch combo. You land that, you win rounds—and life.
